Generally, most personal injury accidents are covered by what we call a contingency fee agreement. What that means is if the attorney doesn’t recover any money for you, it doesn’t cost you anything. If they attorney recovers any money for you, they get a percentage of the money that they collect, plus the cost that they’ve advanced on your behalf. The quick answer is it shouldn’t cost anything to have your claim evaluated by an attorney.
