Who We Are
Shane M. Farnsworth, Esq., received his Bachelor’s Degree from Florida International University in 1994. Following graduation from Florida International University, Mr. Farnsworth was accepted and attended St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami, Florida. In 1998 he graduated with a Juris Doctor Degree and began practicing law in Palm Beach County.
Shane M. Farnsworth, P.A. was established in 1999. The firm was founded as a general practice. Eventually, Mr. Farnsworth began to work primarily in the area of personal injury and insurance law. Since that time, Mr. Farnsworth has successfully represented a multitude of victims injured by the negligence of others.
In addition to personal injury law, Mr. Farnsworth also practices in the area of civil litigation and has represented clients throughout South Florida.
Shane M. Farnsworth is licensed to practice in all Florida State Courts and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. His professional associations include the Florida Bar, Florida Justice Association, and Palm Beach County Bar Association.
Mr. Farnsworth is also a former arbitrator with the State of Florida Lemon Law Arbitration Program (2000-2003) and former member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
Jane Adams, paralegal.
Ms. Adams has been a paralegal for more than 15 years. She received her A.A. degree in paralegal studies from Keiser University in 1999 and then studied at Florida Atlantic University.
She was born in the United Kingdom and came to South Florida almost 20 years ago. Her personal and professional compassion and commitment to helping others, along with her dedication and hard work for the firm’s clients, have helped in the development of many cases and assisted our clients receiving the justice they deserve.
