An unidentified car cut me off, and caused my motorcycle to veer off the road
Do I have a case through my uninsured motorist coverage?
Yes, if the owner leased the vehicle in Florida, you’re required to have automobile insurance. If you own a car you’re required to have PIP and property damage coverage. You have to carry at least $10,000 in property damage. If you lease a car for more than a year, you’re required under Florida law to have at least $50,000 in property damage coverage and $100,000 in bodily injury coverage.
