What should I bring to the initial consultation with my attorney in a Florida bicycle accident case?

At your initial consultation and you should bring with you, number one, the police report if you have it, number two, you should bring any medical records that you have if you went to the hospital or to a doctor and you have that information, bring that. Bring your insurance information for your automobile, at least your card, your insurance card, if possible, bring your policy so we can look at the declarations page and see what coverages are available to you. If there are any witnesses, if you have the information, the contact information for those witnesses, you should bring that. Anything else that you feel might be important in helping us evaluate your claim.
