Will I have to testify in court for my Florida bicycle accident case?
Whether or not you’ll have to testify in court will depend on if a lawsuit is actually filed. In many instances, cases are settled before a lawsuit is filed. In the event a lawsuit is filed, whether or not you’ll have to testify will depend on if the case were to go to trial. If the case were to resolve itself prior to trial, then you wouldn’t testify to court. However, if you’re unable to resolve it and you do go to trial, you would have to testify at trial.
